Partner terms for cafés and venues
For cafés, restaurants and venues that offer Kring treats. Customers always pay you directly; Kring never takes, holds or transfers your money.

1. What Kring does
Kring shows your venue and your treat to people in the app, and gives each customer a code to show at your counter. Kring is not your agent and does not sell your products.
2. You stay in control
You choose the treat, the hours it is available and a daily cap. You can pause or change it any time by contacting us.
3. Fees
Joining is free during launch. We will give at least 30 days' written notice before introducing any fee, and you can leave before it starts.
4. Honouring treats
Please honour valid codes within the hours and cap you set. Customers pay you for anything beyond the treat. No alcohol, tobacco or gambling treats.
5. Your name and photos
You allow Kring to show your venue name, address, photos and treat in the app and in Kring's own promotion of your venue. You confirm you have the right to share them.
6. Leaving
Either side can end this at any time by email. Codes already claimed that day should still be honoured.

2. ร้านกำหนดเอง
ร้านเลือกสิทธิ์ ช่วงเวลา และจำนวนต่อวันเอง และหยุดหรือเปลี่ยนได้ทุกเมื่อโดยติดต่อเรา
3. ค่าธรรมเนียม
เข้าร่วมฟรีช่วงเปิดตัว เราจะแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วันก่อนเริ่มเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมใด ๆ และร้านออกได้ก่อนเริ่มเก็บ
4. การให้สิทธิ์
กรุณาให้สิทธิ์ตามโค้ดที่ถูกต้องภายในช่วงเวลาและจำนวนที่ร้านกำหนด ลูกค้าจ่ายเงินให้ร้านสำหรับส่วนที่เกินจากสิทธิ์ ห้ามสิทธิ์ที่เป็นแอลกอฮอล์ ยาสูบ หรือการพนัน
5. ชื่อและรูปของร้าน
ร้านอนุญาตให้กริ๊ง! แสดงชื่อ ที่อยู่ รูป และสิทธิ์ของร้านในแอปและในการโปรโมตร้านของกริ๊ง! เอง และยืนยันว่ามีสิทธิ์ในการแชร์สิ่งเหล่านั้น
6. การออกจากโครงการ
ทั้งสองฝ่ายยุติได้ทุกเมื่อทางอีเมล โค้ดที่ลูกค้ากดรับแล้วในวันนั้นควรยังให้สิทธิ์ตามเดิม
