1. Early access sign-ups

On kringapp.com we collect your email, whether you live in Bangkok, are visiting or run a venue, your language, and a referral code if you came from one. We use it only to tell you when Kring opens (and, for venues, to talk about joining). Legal basis: your consent when you press the button.

2. What the app uses

• Account: name and email from Apple, Google or LINE sign-in (never your password), and whether you live here or are visiting.
• Profile: display name, photo, languages, area and interests you choose to add. Your profile is visible to other users.
• Posts, stories and answers: photos and text you share are visible to other users. Stories disappear at midnight.
• Messages: used to deliver your chats. Messages may be sent to a translation provider only to translate them.
• Location: only the area you choose to show (for example "I'm here now" for 2 hours). We do not track your exact location.
• Treats: which treat you claimed, when, and the code you show at the counter. The venue sees the code and time, not your profile details.
• Safety: blocks, reports and the plan you choose to share with a friend.
• App basics: language, settings and basic device and error data to keep the app working.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not ask for ID numbers, bank details or passwords in chat.

4. Who helps us run Kring

Hosting and database, sign-in (Apple, Google, LINE), translation and email providers. They process data only on our instructions. Some may store data outside Thailand, with safeguards required by the PDPA.

5. How long we keep it

While your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example records of reports about illegal activity).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, download (Settings → PDPA) or delete your data, withdraw consent and object to processing. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). See delete your account.

7. Age

Kring is for people aged 20 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

5. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

7. อายุ

กริ๊ง! สำหรับผู้ที่อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลของผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่านั้นโดยเจตนา
