1. What Kring is

Kring is a free app for finding plans and people to go with in Bangkok. It is not a dating service, and not a booking or payment service. Cafés and venues on Kring are independent businesses.

2. Who can use it

You must be 20 or older, use your own real account, and keep one account per person.

3. House rules

• Meet only in public places.
• No harassment, threats, hate or scams.
• No offering or asking for paid companionship, sexual services or money.
• No selling, spam or advertising without our written OK.
• No content involving minors, nudity or illegal activity.
• Don't share other people's personal information.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You own what you post. You give Kring permission to show it in the app. If your photo is chosen as Best of the week, we will ask before featuring it on Kring's own channels, with credit to you.

5. Rewards and treats

Streaks, levels, Best of the week prizes and treats have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and need no purchase. Treats are offered by venues, subject to their hours and daily limits; you pay the venue directly. We may change or end rewards with notice in the app.

6. Responsibility

You are responsible for your own plans and meetings. Kring provides the app and safety tools but does not organise meetings and is not responsible for what users or venues do. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time (see delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Thai law, without removing consumer rights in your country of residence. Contact: ops@kringapp.com.

กริ๊ง! เป็นแอปฟรีสำหรับหาแพลนและคนไปด้วยกันในกรุงเทพฯ ไม่ใช่บริการหาคู่ และไม่ใช่บริการจองหรือรับชำระเงิน คาเฟ่และร้านค้าในกริ๊ง! เป็นธุรกิจอิสระ

2. ผู้ที่ใช้บริการได้

ต้องอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป ใช้บัญชีจริงของตัวเอง และมีบัญชีเดียวต่อคน

3. กติกา

• นัดเจอในที่สาธารณะเท่านั้น
• ห้ามคุกคาม ข่มขู่ สร้างความเกลียดชัง หรือหลอกลวง
• ห้ามเสนอหรือขอบริการเป็นเพื่อนเที่ยวแลกเงิน บริการทางเพศ หรือขอเงิน
• ห้ามขายของ สแปม หรือโฆษณาโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
• ห้ามเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับผู้เยาว์ ภาพโป๊ หรือกิจกรรมผิดกฎหมาย
• ห้ามเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น

เราอาจลบเนื้อหาหรือปิดบัญชีที่ทำผิดกติกา

4. เนื้อหาของคุณ

เนื้อหาที่คุณโพสต์เป็นของคุณ คุณอนุญาตให้กริ๊ง! แสดงเนื้อหานั้นในแอป ถ้ารูปของคุณได้รับเลือกเป็นรูปเด็ดประจำสัปดาห์ เราจะขออนุญาตก่อนนำไปลงช่องทางของกริ๊ง! พร้อมให้เครดิตคุณ

5. รางวัลและของดี

สตรีค เลเวล รางวัลรูปเด็ดประจำสัปดาห์ และของดีต่าง ๆ ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงิน ขายหรือโอนไม่ได้ และไม่ต้องซื้ออะไร ของดีเป็นสิทธิ์จากร้านค้า ขึ้นกับเวลาและจำนวนต่อวันของร้าน และคุณจ่ายเงินให้ร้านโดยตรง เราอาจเปลี่ยนหรือยุติรางวัลโดยแจ้งในแอป

6. ความรับผิดชอบ

คุณรับผิดชอบแพลนและการนัดเจอของตัวเอง กริ๊ง! ให้บริการแอปและเครื่องมือด้านความปลอดภัย แต่ไม่ได้เป็นผู้จัดการนัดหมาย และไม่รับผิดชอบการกระทำของผู้ใช้หรือร้านค้า ทั้งนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ของคุณตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค

7. การปิดบัญชี

คุณลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ (ดูการลบบัญชี) เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ทำผิดข้อกำหนดนี้

8. กฎหมายและการติดต่อ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย โดยไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ผู้บริโภคในประเทศที่คุณพำนัก ติดต่อ: ops@kringapp.com
