Kring is free. We do not charge you in the app.

Treats at venues
When you use a Kring treat, you pay the venue directly at the counter. Any refund for what you bought is handled by the venue under its own policy and Thai consumer law.
If a treat isn't honoured
Tell us at [email protected] with the venue name and time. We follow up with the venue.
Never pay another user
Kring never asks you to send money to another user. If anyone does, report them in the app.

อย่าโอนเงินให้ผู้ใช้คนอื่น
กริ๊ง! ไม่เคยให้คุณโอนเงินให้ผู้ใช้คนอื่น ถ้ามีใครขอ ให้รายงานในแอป
